Putting K-12 first!
Change Your Story, Inc. (CYS) is a Georgia-based nonprofit committed to supporting justice-involved
youth in grades K–12 who are referred by county Juvenile Justice programs or are at risk of poor
academic and social outcomes without intervention. Our flagship initiative is called STREAM 180
International Afterschool Enrichment Program (STREAM 180). This is a trauma-informed afterschool
program that provides targeted academic support, high-dosage mentoring, and global enrichment
experiences.

We are not your ordinary Afterschool Program...
For the 2025–26 school year, CYS will partner with juvenile justice and a host of community partners to
serve at least 100+ youth. STREAM 180 follows the academic calendar (August–May) and offers virtual
afterschool programming via Zoom, Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Zoom.
Optional Saturday sessions are held in person at our Douglasville and DeKalb site. DeKalb is the site of
our partner: Talents of Our Generation.
